Role Overview
This position entails two phases: initially focusing on warehouse operations, followed by responsibilities related to retail store maintenance as the role progresses.
Warehouse & Operations Responsibilities
- Carefully pack organic products, grains, and grocery items for orders.
- Unload incoming stock, arrange and organize products on shelves and storage racks systematically.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards within the warehouse and packing zones.
- Support the inventory management process by conducting physical stock counts and verifications.
Retail Store Duties (Career Growth Opportunity)
- Ensure the retail store remains tidy and organized.
- Restock product displays each day to maintain availability and appeal.
- Assist customers inside the store by helping carry their purchases or locating items.
