We are conducting a walk-in interview for multiple openings on August 1, 2026, Saturday at our Bangalore sterile manufacturing plant. This recruitment drive focuses on male candidates for various positions across Production, Microbiology, and Engineering departments in sterile environments.
Production Positions
- Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager (10 vacancies)
- Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc.
- Experience: 2 to 8 years in relevant fields.
- Job role: Manage batch manufacturing and filling operations for sterile products like 3-piece assemblies, BFS eye drops, and injectables, with regulatory compliance exposure.
- Technical Staff (10 vacancies)
- Qualifications: ITI, Diploma in Engineering or Pharmacy.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Job role: Operate machinery including Ampoule/Vial washing (Macofar), filling (ROTA machine), 3-piece filling (Groniger), BFS filling, and autoclaves in sterile areas.
Microbiology Positions
- Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (10 vacancies)
- Qualifications: B.Sc or M.Sc. in Microbiology or Biotechnology.
- Experience: 9 to 14 years relevant experience.
- Job role: Oversee quality management systems, microbiological lab testing, sterility checks, and environmental monitoring within sterile production.
- Executive / Sr. Executive (10 vacancies)
- Qualifications: B.Sc or M.Sc. in Microbiology or Biotechnology.
- Experience: 6 to 8 years relevant experience.
- Job role: Responsible for review and section leadership in quality systems, microbiological tests, sterility, and environmental monitoring for sterile manufacturing.
Engineering Positions
- Officer / Sr. Officer (5 vacancies)
- Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Experience: 4 to 5 years in pharmaceutical formulation plants.
- Job role: Maintain processes and equipment in sterile injectable production facilities.
- Technical Staff (5 vacancies)
- Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in pharmaceutical formulation plants.
- Job role: Support maintenance of sterile injectable production plant processes.
