Role and Responsibilities

Candidates will be entrusted with planning, preparing, and executing advanced technical lectures and practical laboratory sessions tailored to undergraduate and postgraduate engineering, technology, management, and commerce programs. Departments covered include Computer Science, IT, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Civil, MCA, MBA, and M.Com disciplines.

• Develop and coordinate departmental curricula, workshops, laboratories, and academic symposia in collaboration with department heads and administration.
• Monitor and assess student progress and technical project outcomes according to university standards.
• Create a learning environment that integrates theoretical concepts with contemporary technological and business developments.
• Mentor students on technical projects, research publications, coding challenges, and career preparation strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Possess a minimum of a Master's degree or Ph.D. in relevant fields such as Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Management (MBA), Computer Applications (MCA), or Commerce (M.Com).
• Demonstrated teaching experience at undergraduate or postgraduate levels in reputed, multidisciplinary institutions.
• Proficient in modern technical tools, programming languages, and core engineering or management practices.
• Committed to outcome-based education with an emphasis on research and developing students’ critical problem-solving abilities.
• Well-organized with capability to manage academic responsibilities alongside institutional coordination tasks.
