It offers 340 elegant rooms, suites, and villas furnished with Italian craftsmanship, panoramic views, private beach access, and premium recreational and entertainment facilities including boutique shops, a VIP movie theater, signature dining venues, and extensive conference spaces.

Role Overview

The Waiter/Waitress role is integral to delivering exemplary service that ensures guests feel valued and taken care of. Reporting to the Supervisor, this position focuses on attentive, prompt, and courteous food and beverage service, helping create a seamless and memorable dining experience aligned with the hotel’s standards and heritage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review daily event schedules and VIP arrivals to provide tailored service.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, and preparation to effectively inform guests.
  • Offer children’s menus and describe specials and alternatives as appropriate.
  • Serve and clear food and beverages professionally and unobtrusively.
  • Operate the POS system accurately, managing sales transactions, checks, and cash-out processes.
  • Handle tray carrying, bussing, and resetting tables with proper tableware and linens.
  • Gauge guest satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently, escalating to management as needed.
  • Follow strict cash and credit card handling procedures per accounting guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the restaurant during service times.
  • Polish silverware and replenish condiments and table accessories regularly.
  • Ensure workstations are well-stocked with necessary items at all times.
  • Report guest feedback related to food and service to management.
  • Use and maintain equipment responsibly and safely.
  • Adhere to hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols consistently.
  • Foster positive cooperation among team members and other departments.
  • Stay knowledgeable about all food and beverage outlets and hotel services.
  • Perform opening and closing side duties and set tables following standards.
  • Notify management of any deviations from established service procedures.
  • Keep service and storage areas secure and clean.
  • Assist in minimizing waste, breakages, and mishandling of supplies and equipment.
  • Participate in outlet cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.
  • Support other Food & Beverage departments during peak periods as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in food and beverage service.
  • Secondary level education completed.
  • Previous experience in public interaction or cashier roles preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance at all times.
  • Strong cash handling and accountability skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage products.
  • Team-oriented with keen attention to detail.
