Job Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and energetic Food & Beverage professionals eager to advance their careers. This opportunity is located at Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi. The role centers on delivering excellent service to guests, creating memorable dining experiences through attentive and professional service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute all tasks required for food and beverage service adhering strictly to the hotel's service standards.
• Politely welcome and seat guests, ensuring service is discreet, professional, and personalized.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the menu to advise guests effectively.
• Continuously assess the quality of food and beverages served to maintain high standards.
• Maintain positive customer relations and resolve any complaints or queries efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and service equipment is well maintained.
• Prepare all service-related arrangements before, during, and after dining hours, including mise-en-place and mise-en-scene.
• Minimize waste, breakage, and spoilage to optimize resources.
• Implement upselling methods to improve guest experience and boost revenue.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should preferably hold a diploma or degree in hospitality or have undergone vocational training in food and beverage. Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a high-volume restaurant setting is desired. Proficiency in English along with strong guest service and interpersonal skills is essential.
