Role Overview
The Vice President of Project Operations Technology is a senior, full-time remote position responsible for leading technology-led operational execution across foreclosure and loan closure services. The role owns the delivery of end-to-end technology projects, making sure systems and workflows enable strong customer experience, efficient operations, and regulatory compliance. The incumbent will partner with teams across the business to shape technology plans, improve processes, and implement tools that strengthen payment handling, customer assistance, and information accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will guide project teams, track operational and delivery metrics, oversee budgets tied to technology programs, and promote effective digital operating practices. You will also contribute to strategic decisions around new platforms and automation opportunities that help the business scale and deliver reliable service.
Qualifications and Experience
- Solid background in operations management and project management, with the ability to run complex, technology-focused initiatives and improve service workflows end to end.
- Demonstrated capability in P&L management and strategic planning, aligning technology spend with business priorities, budget expectations, and long-term growth plans.
- Strong knowledge of customer service operations, with the ability to design and support solutions that improve responsiveness, accuracy, and satisfaction.
- Proven leadership experience in technology or operations environments, including managing remote teams, driving change, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Exposure to financial services, lending, or fintech operations is a strong plus, especially in loan lifecycle management and digital payment flows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability, with comfort using performance data and metrics to support decisions and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across product, engineering, operations, and customer support groups.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required; a master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.
