Role summary
CellarAI is looking for a Vice President of Growth & Operations to own commercial expansion, client outcomes, and day-to-day execution. This is a full-time remote position, with preference for candidates based in the U.S., and the role reports directly to the CEO.

The platform is designed to improve brand education, increase recall, and measure the impact of trade marketing programs in real-world retail settings.
The company is growing quickly and is seeking a leader who can help scale go-to-market execution, manage key relationships, and improve delivery across clients and internal teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead operations and growth initiatives across client success, campaign execution, and strategic partnerships. You will work closely with the CEO and collaborate with creative, product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality experiences for clients and sales reps.
- Own pipeline execution and help deliver against annual recurring revenue goals.
- Lead onboarding, account expansion, and annual program execution for clients.
- Turn client objectives into platform strategies and track performance against key KPIs.
- Spot opportunities for renewals, upsells, and broader account growth.
- Design and launch multi-market campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Shape rep-facing content, engagement approaches, and incentive concepts that drive participation and learning.
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure content is polished, accurate, and on-brand.
- Manage timelines and cross-functional dependencies so programs roll out smoothly.
- Track campaign results and continually improve engagement, retention, and sales outcomes.
- Create client reporting that clearly demonstrates the value delivered by CellarAI.
- Work with engineering to prioritize product improvements that benefit clients and internal users.
- Partner with product teams to capture feedback and influence roadmap decisions.
- Support marketing with client communications, case studies, and go-to-market messaging.
- Help build repeatable internal processes that support scale as the customer base expands.
What we're looking for
We are seeking someone with 4 to 10 years of experience in growth, client success, sales, marketing, brand partnerships, or sales enablement. Experience in consumer packaged goods is preferred, and direct exposure to top CPG brands, distributors, or trade marketing teams is strongly valued.
The right candidate will be comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs and building trusted client relationships. This person should bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, along with strong communication, presentation, and organization skills. Comfort in fast-moving startup environments and ambiguity is important. Experience working with creative, product, or engineering teams is a plus. Familiarity with the beverage alcohol industry is a bonus, though not required.
