Role overview

Candidate profile

• 10+ years of professional experience in finance, including strong experience in strategic planning and financial management.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role, with a clear record of developing and motivating teams.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into practical financial plans.
• Deep knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and management, with demonstrated impact on business performance, particularly in B2C marketing.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort working with complex financial information to produce actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to present ideas and influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Experience improving end-to-end finance operations across record to report, order to cash, and procure to pay.
• Proven leadership style that encourages collaboration, innovation, and team growth.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to drive change and align finance initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
