Role overview
Bright Horizons UK is looking for a senior leader to drive the next stage of growth across its Work + Family enterprise business. This position is remote/home-based, with travel expected to London, Northampton, Manchester, and client sites. The role is full-time at 37.5 hours per week and offers a starting salary of £99,000 per year, plus a car allowance and enhanced benefits.
What the role involves
As VP Enterprise Growth, you will lead a major growth agenda for the enterprise division, reporting to the Executive Director and joining the Senior Leadership Team. Your remit includes shaping a strong go-to-market strategy, steering high-performing teams, and unlocking transformational revenue through large enterprise wins and expansion within strategic accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Set and execute the go-to-market strategy for enterprise growth.
- Lead teams responsible for enterprise sales and account expansion.
- Develop and close complex, high-value enterprise opportunities, including seven-figure deals.
- Grow existing strategic accounts and build long-term client relationships.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support business expansion across the enterprise division.
- Use Salesforce and data insights to guide performance and decision-making.
