- Prepare executive-ready presentations that outline market opportunities, financial insights, strategic logic, and transaction recommendations for senior management and governance committees.
- Own analytical workstreams tied to enterprise initiatives and work with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Strategy, and other internal teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams, advisors, and outside counterparties to support transaction execution and keep milestones on track.
- Track industry changes, competitor activity, market trends, and emerging technologies to surface growth opportunities and risks.
- Assist with post-deal integration planning and execution to help deliver expected strategic and operational outcomes.
- Contribute to wider strategic planning, capital allocation, and investor-related work as needed.

- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a similar field is required; an MBA, CFA, or similar advanced credential is a plus.
- About 5 or more years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, strategy, or a similar analytical role, ideally in financial services or asset management.
- Strong command of financial analysis, valuation methods, and transaction modeling.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including experience building presentations for executives and boards.
- Good grasp of financial markets, corporate finance fundamentals, and investment analysis.
- Proven ability to assess strategic transactions from early review through execution and post-close implementation.
- Excellent organization and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment while staying highly detail-oriented.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate work across many stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting complex analysis to senior audiences.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
