Candidate profile

Applicants should have strong spoken English and should be comfortable handling international voice-based customer interactions. Both freshers and candidates with 6 months of work experience are eligible to apply. Any graduate can apply for this position.

Work schedule and compensation

The role follows a 5-day work week with rotational shifts, mainly during night hours. Salary is offered as CTC ranging from 2 LPA to 2.75 LPA, depending on the candidate's experience.

Work location and commute support

This is a work-from-office role. The office is located at Sutherland, A1 Block, Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, Chennai, opposite Perungalathur Railway Station. Two-way cab facility is available within a 25 km radius, based on shift timings.

Selection process

Shortlisted candidates will go through three stages: HR interview, SD panel interview, and a voice assessment.
