Job Overview

This role is for an energetic, customer-oriented voice process executive who can support callers in both Hindi and English. The position calls for strong communication skills and a service-first approach while managing customer interactions smoothly.

Eligibility Criteria

Both graduates and undergraduates are eligible to apply. Freshers are welcome. Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in any BPO role will be given preference.

Job Details

• Role level: Voice Process Executive – L2
• Work location: Electronic City, Bangalore
• Salary: ₹24,000 CTC per month, with ₹19,000 take-home pay
• Working schedule: 6 days a week
• Weekly off: 1 rotational off
• Shift timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Daily login duration: 9 hours
• Typing benchmark: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Versant requirement: 4+
• Joining preference: immediate joiners preferred
