Voice & Non-Voice Call Center Agent

About the Role

Join a vibrant international customer support team managing communications with US and UK clients. This position requires individuals with exceptional communication skills to handle both voice and non-voice processes, delivering prompt problem resolution and excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients based in the US.
• Understand and address customer needs, offering timely solutions.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Accurately document all customer interactions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by following quality control standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Open to freshers as well as experienced individuals.
• Fluent verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, active listening, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Basic proficiency with computers and typing.
• Readiness to work in rotating shifts, including US night shifts.
• Positive, customer-first mindset.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Any graduate or undergraduate candidates eligible.
• Flexible with rotational week-offs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from 18,000 to 70,000 INR monthly, dependent on skills and experience.
