Voice Actor - Australian English (Contract)

About the Role

Join Alignerr as a professional voice actor to help train AI systems by providing authentic Australian English speech recordings. This contract position involves paid sessions in a professional studio where your voice will aid AI in understanding natural human conversation without being used for voice cloning.

Primary Responsibilities

• Record natural, conversational Australian English in a studio setting.
• Engage in both single-speaker and dual-speaker dialogue recordings.
• Deliver genuine, human-like dialogue that sounds spontaneous and unscripted.
• Adjust tone, pacing, and style according to light direction during sessions.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced professional voice actor or voice-over artist with prior recording practice.
• Native or near-native Australian English speaker with an authentic accent, residing in Australia.
• Able to perform natural conversational speech rather than just polished narration.
• Reliable, professional attitude and receptive to studio direction.
• Proficient in English for effective communication during sessions.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Background in acting or performance arts.
• Experience in broadcast, podcast, or commercial voice work.
• Familiarity with professional studio recording environments.
• Comfortable with improvisation and dialogue-based performances.
