Vocational L&D Programme Designer - Events & Culture

Role Overview

We are looking for an expert Learning and Development professional to architect and expand a hybrid vocational training curriculum tailored for the events, entertainment, and cultural industries. This role requires crafting both theoretical e-learning content and practical hands-on sessions to engage learners effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts to extract core technical insights and translate them into structured learning pathways.
• Design integrated training courses that combine online e-learning modules with face-to-face practical workshops and competency-based assessments.
• Create specialized Train-the-Trainer programmes to enhance instructors’ skills and ensure consistent delivery quality in practical sessions.
• Work alongside the LMS team to upload content, monitor learner progress, and handle evaluation processes.
• Document and standardize design, delivery, and assessment methods compliant with ISO standards, facilitating scalability.
• Develop quality assurance protocols to uphold high educational delivery standards across all courses and locations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable expertise in instructional design, blended learning, and vocational training.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interview SMEs and drive cross-team collaboration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to steer multiple course development streams simultaneously.
• Proficient in creating detailed facilitator guides, participant materials, and ISO-aligned documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic language skills and familiarity with Saudi Arabian cultural and work environments.
• Background in events, entertainment, or cultural sector operations.
