About the Position

Louis Vuitton is seeking a passionate and creative Visual Merchandising Associate to join our exceptional team on a full-time basis. This role involves representing the brand by ensuring the consistent quality and elegance of visual merchandising across all product categories. You will play an important role in supporting business strategies and enhancing the client experience within the store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute window displays.
• Implement interior merchandising plans.
• Work collaboratively with store teams to prepare zoning and special event setups.
• Monitor and maintain daily visual presentation standards.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of brand visual standards throughout the store.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant has documented experience in visual merchandising within a fast-moving retail setting. Proven ability to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies, including window installations and event presentations, with familiarity in ready-to-wear, leather goods, and accessories is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for success.

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers an hourly wage between $25 and $28, plus potential bonuses.
