Your focus will be on bringing visual and commercial concepts to life independently, following store guidelines and timelines, while keeping current trends, garment care, and strong product presentation in mind. Through your eye for styling, detail, and display, you will help define how the store looks and feels.
What you will do
- Review sales figures on your own, spot visual opportunities, and work with the Store Management Team to plan improvements.
- Share fashion trend knowledge with the store team and help create a memorable customer experience.
- Set up promotional areas and sale sections, and present merchandise according to time and planning requirements.
- Represent the H&M Group positively by being authentic and bringing your own personality to the role.
- Optionally support the Sales Market with expansion-related projects.

Alongside your colleagues, you will help make fashion accessible to everyone and support customers in expressing their individuality through trend-led and timeless styles.
Who you are

You should have a good eye for visual presentation, experience in reorganizing retail spaces, and a flexible, solution-oriented way of working. The role also calls for motivation to delight customers while driving sales and strengthening the brand, plus a creative, curious, proactive mindset and strong communication skills that help inspire store teams.
Benefits and compensation
- Employee discount across H&M products and brands
- 30 days of annual leave
- Holiday and Christmas bonus
- Pay in line with the applicable collective agreement
- HIP H&M Incentive Program
