- Set up store zoning for each product category.
- Roll out visual merchandising concepts for store events.
- Carry out daily checks to keep the store environment aligned with luxury retail standards.
- Arrange replenishment of props, lighting and visual merchandising tools when needed.
- Ensure products are presented in line with Louis Vuitton standards.
- Support day-to-day store operations, including floor management, break coverage, transactions and opening/closing duties.
- Help guide, encourage and coach the wider team.
Requirements
- Strong background in visual merchandising gained within a high-profile luxury brand.
- Ideally 3 to 5 years of visual merchandising experience in a retail specialty or luxury setting.
- Hands-on experience with ready-to-wear, accessories and window displays.
- Ability to work to deadlines while keeping strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational abilities.
