We are searching for a dedicated individual to lead the visual identity and creative output for select clients of The Growth Hub.

Develop and maintain cohesive design systems tailored to each brand served.
Create compelling Key Visuals (KVs) for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Edit video content intended for social media, campaigns, and other marketing assets.
Utilize AI-based tools such as Gemini Image and Image IA for image generation and editing.
Work closely with the Content Lead to ensure alignment between visual elements and messaging.
Ensure consistent quality and visual harmony across multiple channels and formats.

Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design projects.
Proficient with design applications like Figma, Adobe Suite, or equivalents.
Willingness to embrace generative AI tools for image creation.
Meticulous attention to detail, a refined aesthetic sense, and ability to handle substantial workload.
