About the role

For the ZARA store in Aachen, this full-time position is for a Visual Commercial who brings fashion trends to life directly on the sales floor. The role focuses on connecting products with people by translating trends into engaging store experiences, shaping the presentation of merchandise, guiding customer attention, and making each collection feel tangible.

What you'll do

• Turn fashion trends into appealing in-store experiences.
• Create and refine visual displays and store areas to strengthen product presentation.
• Direct the customer’s gaze through thoughtful visual merchandising.
• Help make each collection come alive within the store.
• Work with the team to apply visual standards and support commercial decisions.
• Keep track of fashion, store presentation, and street culture, and respond to the commercial rhythm of the floor.

You should be motivated by the idea that strong product presentation can inspire customers. The ideal person has a keen eye for fashion, retail environments, and street culture, can read a sales floor well, and can adapt quickly to commercial needs. Your visual perspective should help bring the store to life while contributing to team decisions.
