Visa and Immigration Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Visa and Immigration Consultant to assist students and professionals in navigating international education and immigration procedures effectively.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Advise and guide students regarding overseas educational programs and assist with university applications abroad.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global education systems, institutions, and trends.
• Provide support to students during application submissions and visa requirements clarification.
• Apply expertise in immigration laws to offer accurate advice on regulations.
• Manage visa application processes including document preparation and submission.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English with clients and stakeholders.
• Utilize digital communication tools proficiently to liaise with clients and manage documentation.
• Identify potential business leads and contribute to business expansion efforts.
• Understand and guide clients through procedures related to work permits.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in law, international relations, or a closely related discipline.
• Have between 1 to 2 years of professional experience in visa consultancy or immigration services.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Credentials

• Holding certification in immigration consultancy or overseas education consulting is advantageous.
• Prior experience with student visa and work permit processing is preferred.
