Job description
Overview
This role of Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) is based at Kotak Mahindra Bank in Thane West, focused on banking sales. It is a full-time position with direct employment under Kotak Mahindra Bank's payroll.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to both male and female candidates
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking sales or BPO voice process with sales exposure is required; freshers will not be considered
- No employment gap exceeding 6 months is allowed
- Must hold a graduate degree in any discipline
- Age should be between 18-32 years
- Strong verbal communication skills in English along with aptitude in mathematical calculations
- Should have a well-groomed appearance and capable of interacting professionally with customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in BPO voice processes involving sales targets
- Experience related to financial products or banking sales is advantageous
Compensation and Incentives
- Annual Cost to Company (CTC) can reach up to 450,000 INR depending on interview outcome
- Monthly performance-driven incentives up to 35,000 INR
Work Timings
The work shift is fixed from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
