Overview
This is a fully remote role for a Virtual Executive Assistant who can provide senior-level administrative, coordination, and organizational support. The position suits someone who stays highly organized, works proactively, handles several priorities at once, and maintains a professional level of confidentiality at all times. In this role, you will support leadership by keeping schedules under control, managing communication, coordinating follow-ups, and making sure important tasks move forward smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee executive calendars by arranging meetings, appointments, and reminders.
- Monitor incoming emails and other messages, responding or redirecting when appropriate.
- Draft and maintain clear, professional communication on behalf of leadership.
- Coordinate internal and external correspondence to keep information flowing efficiently.
- Keep track of tasks, deadlines, and priorities so work is completed on time.
- Follow up on action items arising from meetings and ongoing communication.
- Support daily administrative processes and workflow organization.

- Manage meeting preparation, including agendas, documents, and virtual meeting setup.
- Capture meeting notes and share summaries or action points afterward.

- Prepare, format, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Prior experience in administration, executive assistance, or coordination is preferred.
- Strong ability to organize work and manage time effectively.
