Role Overview

The VIP Customer Service Specialist for the Golf area is a full-time remote role tasked with delivering exceptional support to premium users engaged in golf-related services and activities. Daily responsibilities encompass managing inquiries from VIP clients through various communication channels, offering expert advice on golf equipment and related services, promptly addressing issues, and keeping thorough records of customer interactions. The position also involves collaboration with internal teams to continuously enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to VIP customer queries related to golf activities and products promptly across multiple platforms.
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance concerning golf equipment and services.
  • Document interactions and escalate issues when necessary to appropriate departments.
  • Engage proactively with VIP customers by monitoring feedback and maintaining ongoing communications to foster loyalty.
  • Uphold the company's standards for confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, suited for a diverse international customer base.
  • Hands-on knowledge of golf and golfing equipment to accurately address customer needs.
  • Basic familiarity with golf course irrigation and maintenance concepts is favorable.
  • Strong customer service expertise, especially in high-touch VIP service contexts.
  • Reliable time management and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Competent in using online support platforms and CRM software; experience with internet social entertainment services is an added advantage.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and a client-focused approach.
  • Educational background or training in hospitality, sports management, business, or related disciplines is a benefit.
