About the Role
Based in London, UK, this full-time position involves producing compelling video and photographic content that engages millions. It offers a diverse creative environment spanning entrepreneurs, finance, sports champions, and major events, requiring a versatile creator passionate about storytelling and the digital landscape. The work setting is hybrid, with filming done at studios, offices, and on-location.
Content Creation Areas
- Produce personal brand content including YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, vlogs, documentary-style and social media materials.
- Create boxing and athlete-related content such as training camp documentaries, fight week footage, day-in-the-life videos, behind-the-scenes clips, athlete interviews, social media reels, and event coverage.
- Develop corporate content including conferences, webinars, client testimonials, promotional videos, and marketing campaigns.
- Generate ecommerce content encompassing product photography, launch videos, advertisements, social media creatives, and website materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality footage across various locations.
- Edit both long-form and short-form video content.
- Create engaging clips tailored for social media platforms.
- Produce content geared toward YouTube audiences.
- Manage and oversee photography shoots.
- Organize and maintain footage and content libraries efficiently.
- Contribute to creative direction and storytelling strategies.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep passion for content creation and storytelling.
- Ability to work autonomously with adaptability and initiative.
- Proven creativity under pressure.
- Interest in sports, business, and entrepreneurship sectors.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
- Expertise in camera operation and audio recording.
- Experience creating content optimized for social media.
- Preferred but not required: YouTube production, documentary filmmaking, sports videography, boxing knowledge, drone operation, and motion graphics using After Effects.
Work Environment
- Combination of office planning and editing, gyms, live events, corporate conferences, podcast studios, and on-location shoots with entrepreneurs and athletes.
- Varied weekly schedule without routine repetition.
Additional Requirements
- Must reside in London.
- Willingness to travel within London and across the UK.
- Possession of a full UK driving license is preferred.
- Strong existing portfolio of video and photography projects.
- Availability to occasionally work evenings and weekends aligned with events.
