Videographer (m/f/d) - Focus on Image Films, Recruiting, and Social Media Content

About the Role

Are you passionate about storytelling through the lens of a camera? Do you have a keen eye for visual aesthetics and want to create videos that make an impact? Join our team as a full-time Videographer, specializing in image films, recruiting videos, product clips, and social media content. You will oversee the entire production process from initial concept development to final output, working closely with clients from various industries including manufacturing, crafts, and medium-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently or collaboratively plan and execute video shoots, including setup, camera operation, and recording.
• Manage post-production tasks such as video editing, color grading, audio enhancement, and formatting videos for multiple platforms.
• Create high-quality image films, recruitment videos, product videos, and social media clips tailored to our clients' needs.
• Develop visual concepts and storyboards, injecting creativity and effectively conveying brand messages.
• Frequently visit client locations such as factories, offices, or outdoor sites to capture compelling footage.
• Consider content repurposing during production to generate short snippets, teasers, or material suitable for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with video editing software, especially Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and similar tools.
• Strong storytelling skills, understanding how to craft engaging narratives through imagery.
• Technical proficiency in color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently on projects while adhering to deadlines.
• Awareness of current video trends and social media content preferences.
• Collaborative spirit and willingness to contribute actively within a team.
• Experience with 3D animation or visual effects is a plus but not mandatory.
