About the Role
Last Energy is hiring a Video & Multimedia Producer to drive the complete creation of engaging video assets that showcase the company’s mission, projects, and technical breakthroughs. The position centers on owning the full production process from early concept development through final delivery, with work spanning digital channels, marketing initiatives, executive communications, and wider content efforts.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, produce, and direct polished video content for websites, social channels, media outreach, events, and executive presentations.
- Manage the entire production process, including idea development, script writing, storyboarding, coordinating shoots, and leading on-site production.
- Cut, refine, and finalize videos for digital use, covering edits, color work, captions, graphics, audio design, and motion graphics.
- Create shot lists, production timelines, and visual briefs that support campaign objectives and stay consistent with brand guidelines.
- Work with subject-matter experts to turn complex technical information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling stories.
- Make sure all video output reflects the company’s tone, visual identity, and regulatory expectations.
- Develop multimedia assets that support video campaigns and social media initiatives.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in video production, digital media, or a related area.
- Solid ability to manage the full video workflow, from pre-production planning through post-production delivery.
- Hands-on experience with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Excellent organization and strong attention to detail while handling several projects at once.
- Comfortable managing timelines and deliverables in fast-moving, deadline-driven settings.
- Creative, team-oriented, and adaptable, with a strong eye for visual storytelling.
- Copywriting and graphic design skills are considered an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in film, media production, communications, or a similar discipline.
- Must be based in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate there.
