About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Video Editor with over 2 years of experience in Final Cut Pro to support our expanding YouTube and Instagram channels focused on mobile phone reviews, comparisons, gadget unboxings, and other consumer technology topics. This role involves producing high-quality, compelling videos that captivate viewers and enhance the showcasing of tech products.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit videos featuring mobile phone reviews, comparisons, gadget showcases, and tech-related content.
- Use advanced editing techniques such as motion graphics, transitions, color grading, and sound design to create visually appealing videos.
- Optimize videos for audience engagement and retention on YouTube and Instagram.
- Collaborate with the content team to implement creative storytelling and presentation concepts.
- Maintain quick turnaround times without compromising production quality.
Required Skills and Experience
- More than 2 years of professional experience using Final Cut Pro.
- Proficiency in advanced video editing including color correction/grading, motion graphics, text animations, sound editing, and enhancing audio quality.
- Hands-on experience with DSLR and mirrorless cameras, including shooting high-quality product footage and B-roll.
- Understanding of camera settings such as ISO, aperture, shutter speed, white balance, and frame rates.
- Knowledge of lighting setups specifically for tech product videography.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing quality work.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
