Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and efficient Video Editor to manage and produce our weekly video content. The ideal candidate understands how to captivate audiences quickly, whether it's grabbing attention in the first 3 seconds of an Instagram Reel or sustaining viewer interest in a 10-minute YouTube video. A strong background in using AI technologies to innovate and enhance video content is essential.

Core Responsibilities

• Consistently produce at least three engaging Instagram Reels and one high-quality long-form YouTube video each week.
• Create supplementary video elements such as b-roll, visual effects, or fully synthetic scenes by utilizing state-of-the-art AI generative video technologies.
• Elevate footage through integrated sound design, color correction, motion graphics, and captivating captions.
• Customize video edits to optimize performance on platforms like YouTube and Instagram by aligning with their respective audience behaviors and algorithms.
• Continuously monitor and incorporate current audio trends, popular memes, and a variety of editing techniques including AI-driven methods.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of one year of professional experience in video editing.
• Proven proficiency in employing AI tools for video creation and manipulation.
• Expertise in standard editing software suites such as Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assets and maintain timely weekly delivery schedules.
• A compelling portfolio or showreel showcasing social media editing prowess, particularly highlighting AI-enhanced or AI-generated work.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from 10,000 to 30,000 INR.
