Video Editor (Founding Team Opportunity)

About the Role

MentorMeInTech is seeking a creative video editor to help shape a fast-growing brand centered on business growth, revenue improvement, marketing, and content systems. This is a chance to work directly with the founder and contribute from the ground up to a modern, growth-oriented brand.

What You’ll Edit

• Short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Talking-head style content
• Educational and business-focused videos
• Clips related to marketing, business expansion, and revenue systems

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who is comfortable working in short-form editing formats
• Ability to create attention-grabbing captions and hooks
• Strong sense of rhythm, flow, and storytelling
• A proactive mindset and willingness to grow with the brand
• Interest in gaining practical experience and building a stronger portfolio

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
• Exposure to business or marketing-related content
• Experience creating viral-style edits

Compensation and Perks

This is an early-stage founding opportunity, so the compensation is currently modest. The role includes a small monthly stipend or payment based on contribution.
