This opportunity is with a premium men’s fashion label operating at an 8-figure scale and selling directly to customers worldwide. The business is built around high-quality products, elevated branding, and polished creative work rather than generic dropshipping tactics.
The paid media team consistently generates a high volume of video ads designed to convert across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms. The team is searching for a skilled editor who can combine brand awareness with performance-driven advertising.
Role Overview
As the Video Editor, you will shape ad creatives that are built to sell while still feeling premium and on-brand. The role involves fast-paced creative production, testing multiple variations, and using AI-assisted tools to improve output and efficiency.
Key Work
- Cut and assemble high-performing paid social video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and related channels.
- Build UGC-style, founder-led, product-led, and lifestyle ad variations.
- Develop several creative versions for testing and optimization.
- Use AI-powered tools to improve speed, scale, and creative quality.
- Add captions, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects when needed.
- Keep every creative aligned with the brand’s premium visual identity.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop concepts that perform.
- Follow changes in ad trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.
Requirements
The ideal candidate already has experience editing ads for a DTC e-commerce brand that relies on paid media. A strong grasp of direct-response marketing is important, along with the ability to create refined fashion-focused creatives.
- Prior editing experience for a paid ads-led DTC e-commerce brand.
- Solid understanding of direct response marketing principles.
- Ability to produce premium-looking fashion creatives.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Availability for full-time work and deadline-driven execution.
- Comfort using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Nano Banana, and comparable platforms.
- Adaptability and willingness to work with new AI video editing and generation tools.
What Success Looks Like
Your edits should feel high-end, reflect established brand rules, and support conversion goals without weakening brand perception. The work should strike the right balance between storytelling and performance marketing.
Compensation
The position pays $1,000 per month, plus performance bonuses. A bonus of $50 is offered for each winning ad creative.
Additional Information
This is a remote, full-time role with long-term growth potential. You will work directly with an ambitious international e-commerce team.
