About the Role

Shreek Services Private Limited is seeking a skilled and imaginative Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer to produce captivating video content across multiple brands and industries. This full-time position is based in Jaipur, with work performed at the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce professional video content tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create compelling reels, shorts, and various social media video formats to engage audiences.
• Develop motion graphics, including animated text, transitions, and visual effects that enhance video storytelling.
• Produce a variety of videos including product showcases, promotional materials, brand videos, and digital advertisements.
• Integrate subtitles, captions, sound effects, music, and voiceovers to enrich video accessibility and quality.
• Transform raw footage into polished, attention-grabbing final products.
• Follow scripts, briefs, references, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency in content.
• Optimize videos for various social media platforms by resizing and adapting formats accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with social media, design, and marketing teams to align video content with brand strategies.
• Handle multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in social media video formats, editing techniques, and content standards.
• Utilize AI-assisted video editing tools where suitable to streamline production and enhance output quality.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Strong skills in short-form video editing, including reels and shorts creation.
• Experience in color correction and basic color grading techniques.
• Competence in audio editing and sound design to enhance video projects.
• Knowledge of typography and the use of animated text within videos.
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles.
• A solid sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Familiarity with using AI video tools is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail in video quality and brand compliance.
• Capacity to manage diverse brand content and adapt styles accordingly.
• Eagerness to learn emerging tools and stay current with evolving content trends.

Performance Metrics

• High-quality and creative output that aligns with brand standards.
• Consistency in meeting deadlines and turnaround time expectations.
• Capacity to complete approximately two to four engaging short-form videos daily, depending on project complexity.
• Accuracy in adhering to creative briefs and responsive incorporation of revisions.
• Positive feedback from clients and internal teams through low revision rates.

Salary
