Role Overview

The team is seeking a creative professional who can manage both video editing and graphic design work. The role calls for someone who can produce appealing visuals and polished videos that support the company’s branding and marketing goals.

Video Editing Responsibilities

• Transform raw footage into polished videos for marketing, training, and social media use.
• Enhance videos with transitions, visual effects, animations, captions, and background audio.
• Handle basic color correction and synchronize audio where needed.
• Prepare content in formats suitable for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Graphic Design Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and printed material.
• Develop posters, banners, thumbnails, brochures, and other marketing assets.
• Ensure all creatives follow and strengthen brand consistency.
• Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to support campaign needs.

General Responsibilities

• Handle several assignments at once while meeting deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions efficiently.
• Keep up with current trends in video production and design.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Ability to use graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
• Working knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Motion graphics knowledge will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong creative sense with close attention to detail.
• Good communication and time management abilities.

Additional Information

This position is based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, and is a full-time onsite role.
