Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Edit video content for all our brands ranging from organic social media reels to user-generated content (UGC) aimed at performance marketing.
• Understand and implement trends and formats that succeed on Instagram and TikTok within your video editing.
• Create organic formats such as street interviews for Bubble Pop or event footage for Honest Coco to showcase our retail brands.
• Have a strong grasp of what constitutes UGC and what makes effective performance content while contributing your own creative ideas.
• Collaborate closely with the performance team who handle content analysis and optimization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CapCut as your main editing tool.
• Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro for handling more substantial projects occasionally.
• A portfolio or examples of past projects demonstrating your editing capabilities; quality over quantity is appreciated.
• Strong social media awareness and understanding of current trends.
• Fundamental understanding of UGC and performance marketing concepts; no need to manage ads but know why some videos succeed.
• Self-motivated and independent working style, without requiring senior-level expertise or extensive Premiere experience.
