About the Role
We are seeking a resourceful and imaginative Video Editor & AI Video Creator to generate captivating, high-impact video content tailored for social media, digital marketing, brand campaigns, product promotion, and internal communications. This role demands proficiency in traditional video editing and the innovative use of AI-driven video creation tools to craft engaging visual stories.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit both short-form and extended videos for platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Produce compelling Reels, Shorts, promotional films, product showcases, and branded content.
- Leverage AI-based video generation, animation techniques, voice-over integration, and creative digital tools.
- Transform concepts, scripts, and briefs into visually attractive video content.
- Utilize AI technology for generating ideas, animations, characters, visuals, voiceovers, and creative assets.
- Incorporate music, sound effects, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance videos.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and communication goals.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the Marketing, Content, and Creative divisions to meet campaign needs.
- Handle multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Keep abreast of new AI video creation tools, editing methods, and evolving social media content formats.
- Recommend innovative AI applications to enhance video quality and speed up content production.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 3 to 5 years of professional video editing and content creation experience.
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalents.
- Practical experience operating AI video creation platforms like Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika, HeyGen, Synthesia, CapCut AI, Canva AI, among others.
- Understanding of motion graphics, animation, and fundamental graphic design principles.
- Familiarity with social media video formats, current trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Strong aptitude for visual storytelling and inventive thinking.
- Capability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for FMCG, Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Food, Agriculture, or D2C brands.
- Basic knowledge in photography and videography.
- Familiarity with AI-generated voiceovers, avatars, and text-to-video technologies.
- Awareness of social media marketing and performance-driven content strategy.
Educational Background
A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Film Making, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or related fields is desirable.
Compensation and Location
The offered salary ranges from ₹480,000 to ₹500,000 annually. The position is based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
