Role Overview

The Vice President of Strategy and Transformation will lead the formulation, implementation, and ongoing management of the company's strategic priorities and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives aimed at sustainable growth and creating long-term value. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Transformation, this key leadership position partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team to translate corporate goals into actionable plans that are effectively executed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in crafting and driving the company's strategic plan aligned with its vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
  • Ensure execution and continuous oversight of critical strategic projects across business units.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, strategic priorities, and emerging risks.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support high-level decision-making.
  • Lead comprehensive enterprise transformation efforts to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish governance frameworks to monitor progress, accountability, and value realization for strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to remove obstacles and accelerate decision processes.
  • Implement improvements in business processes, operating models, and change management.
  • Drive value creation including supporting mergers, acquisitions, and business expansion initiatives.
  • Conduct strategic evaluations, business case development, and due diligence for growth and investment decisions.
  • Offer recommendations to leadership based on thorough analysis of financial and operational considerations.
  • Cultivate an organizational culture that fosters strategic thinking, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Build robust relationships across the company to promote alignment and adoption of transformation initiatives.
  • Lead and influence diverse teams through complex changes without direct authority when necessary.
  • Champion a results-driven environment that emphasizes execution excellence and measurable impact.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 12 to 15+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or operational excellence with senior leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder enterprise transformation projects, including turnarounds and post-merger integrations, from start to long-term value realization.
  • Excellent communication and structuring skills, capable of advising and influencing C-suite executives and Boards while maintaining credibility with execution teams.
  • Extensive leadership experience in operations-intensive, regulated, or manufacturing contexts at a global or enterprise scale.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing enterprise-wide operating models, governance frameworks, and KPI systems that connect performance with strategic objectives.
