Role Overview

The Vice President of Revenue Strategy and Operations will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and act as a strategic partner. This role is hands-on and tasked with leading revenue operations and enablement efforts, delivering data-driven insights, analysis, and execution plans that improve growth, scalability, and efficiency across the go-to-market (GTM) organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the CCO to develop and refine GTM strategies for Field Sales, Pre-Sales, and Channel teams.
  • Deliver proactive insights, comprehensive performance analyses, and strategic recommendations to support executive decision-making.
  • Identify avenues for growth and operational enhancements aimed at increasing annual recurring revenue (ARR), win rates, and customer expansion.
  • Lead annual and quarterly business planning including territory alignment, quota setting, headcount planning, and capacity modeling.
  • Ensure adoption and optimization of strategic frameworks such as Command of the Message and MEDDPIC.
  • Build and expand advanced analytics capabilities to provide clear visibility on performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Oversee Revenue Operations functions including forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting as well as cross-functional revenue programs that stimulate growth.
  • Manage Sales Enablement efforts, encompassing partner enablement and value management.
  • Own and optimize the GTM technology stack, including CRM, sales engagement, forecasting tools, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Leverage AI and automation solutions to increase decision-making quality, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Finance to contribute to revenue forecasting, scenario modeling, compensation design, and executive board reporting.
  • Drive transformation initiatives such as market segmentation, pricing strategies, and international market expansion.
  • Standardize and scale global processes to boost consistency and operational efficiency worldwide.

Qualifications and Experience

  • More than 12 years of experience in revenue strategy, operations, or similar GTM leadership roles within Enterprise SaaS companies.
  • Experience at the VP or Director level managing global, multi-regional teams.
  • Proven track record influencing C-level executives and board members.
  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS business models focusing on ARR/MRR, churn rates, and LTV:CAC ratios.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, specializing in forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Practical experience using Salesforce, business intelligence tools, revenue intelligence, and advanced forecasting platforms.
  • Demonstrated success utilizing AI, automation, and analytics to improve business performance and operational results.
  • Proven leadership skills in building and mentoring high-performing global teams.
  • Ability to achieve alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams.
  • Excellent communication abilities and strong executive presence.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degrees preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Flexible and adaptable with capacity to work across multiple global time zones.

Additional Information

New hires will be required to complete security and privacy awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter. They must review, understand, and comply with various company policies including Data Classification, Incident Response, Business Continuity, Mobile Device management, Account and Access Control, Personnel Security, and Privacy policies.
