Role Summary
Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer and operating remotely or from Austin, TX, the VP of Presales Solutions Architecture for Azure will lead and expand TTEC Digital’s Azure practice. This executive role demands strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, a robust leadership profile, and established industry connections within the Microsoft ecosystem. The focus will be on data modernization, AI enablement, Microsoft partnership enhancement, and formulating go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and scaling of TTEC Digital’s Azure practice.
- Formulate and implement the Azure go-to-market strategy collaboratively with sales, delivery, alliances, and senior leadership.
- Recruit, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of Solution Architects and technical leaders.
- Drive revenue, build sales pipelines, achieve bookings, and increase market presence.
- Create scalable sales models, solutions, and industry-specific offerings to accelerate growth.
- Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with Microsoft and align closely with Microsoft teams for joint success.
- Position TTEC Digital as a strategic partner in Microsoft Azure, Data, and AI arenas, leveraging co-sell engagements and funding opportunities.
- Advise clients on enterprise data modernization, preparing them for AI adoption and cloud transformation.
- Lead solution architecture direction for complex engagements, collaborating with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery.
- Drive business development by leveraging existing client relationships and identifying new growth within TTEC and Microsoft ecosystems.
Candidate Profile
- Over a decade of leadership experience managing consulting, solutions architecture, cloud, or data organizations within Microsoft services partners.
- Proven ability to build and scale talented technical teams.
- Strong executive presence with skills to influence clients, partners, and senior leaders effectively.
- Deep expertise and established network within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
- Experience steering initiatives including data modernization, cloud transformation, data governance, Azure AI platforms, analytics, and Power BI.
- Track record of revenue growth, pipeline development, and practice expansion.
- Ability to design go-to-market strategies and scalable service offerings.
- Commercially savvy with a solid understanding of professional services business models.
- Exceptional skills in engaging executive stakeholders and leading multi-faceted transformation programs.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is $250,000 to $300,000 annually, with eligibility to participate in an annual incentive program. Final compensation will be influenced by factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skillset.
