Role Summary

This is a full-time remote leadership position for a Vice President of Operations. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, owning profit and loss performance, and guiding strategic planning so that operational activity stays aligned with company objectives. The position also involves building and implementing operational plans, overseeing projects, and strengthening customer service standards while improving efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead everyday operational activities and ensure smooth business execution.
  • Take ownership of P&L performance and support financial goal achievement.
  • Shape and carry out operational strategies that support company direction.
  • Oversee project management efforts and help complex initiatives stay on track.
  • Maintain strong customer service delivery and client satisfaction standards.
  • Improve efficiency, scalability, and overall organizational outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in operations leadership and P&L oversight to improve efficiency and meet financial objectives.
  • Ability to build strategic plans that connect daily operations with broader business goals.
  • Strong project management capability for coordinating and delivering complex work on time.
  • A customer-service mindset with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across different teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience leading remote teams is considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
