About the Company
Arturo Palomba Gallery LLC is an international contemporary art gallery with activity across Dubai, Europe, and selected global art markets. Its work focuses on exhibitions, artistic partnerships, cultural programs, and cross-border creative projects.
To strengthen its Qatar operations, the gallery is seeking a Gallery Projects & Exhibitions Specialist in Doha.
Role Overview
This position supports the coordination and delivery of exhibitions, gallery initiatives, and cultural projects. The role involves working with artists, creative partners, collectors, and other stakeholders, while helping prepare project materials and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and rollout of exhibitions and gallery-led projects.
- Build and maintain coordination with artists, cultural professionals, and creative collaborators.
- Support the organization of gallery events, exhibitions, and cultural activities.
- Help manage communication with collectors, partners, and international stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, project documents, and exhibition-related records.
- Contribute to the development of cultural partnerships and creative collaborations.
- Support the overall delivery of gallery programs and exhibition initiatives.
Requirements
- Genuine interest in contemporary art, exhibitions, and cultural programming.
- Strong organizational ability and clear communication skills.
- A professional, structured, and dependable working style.
- Very good English communication skills.
- Prior exposure to galleries, cultural organizations, art events, luxury hospitality, or creative sectors is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a multicultural, international environment.
- Arabic language ability is beneficial, though not compulsory.

Compensation
The monthly salary range for this role is QAR 14,000 to QAR 22,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall professional profile.
