Vice President Operations

Overview

Century Mechanical Holdings is searching for a skilled Vice President of Operations to oversee a group of companies specializing in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Gas services. This key leadership role involves partnering with General Managers to boost operational effectiveness, enhance profitability, support business acquisitions, and expand company performance across the portfolio.

Primary Duties

• Manage operations for multiple companies within a holding company structure.
• Drive revenue growth, improve profit margins, and optimize operational processes.
• Be responsible for profit and loss statements, key performance indicators, budgeting, and overall financial results.
• Implement standardized workflows and best practices across all enterprises.
• Lead integration efforts for newly acquired entities.
• Coach and develop General Managers and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with corporate executives on strategic initiatives for growth.
• Frequently travel to various company locations.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of executive-level leadership experience within mechanical trades such as HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Gas services.
• Demonstrated success managing operations across multiple sites.
• Strong expertise in finance, P&L management, and budget oversight.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, particularly integrating and scaling businesses.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.

Additional Information

This is a remote position with a starting compensation of $160,000 plus benefits. Candidates must possess previous holding company operational experience.
