Role Overview
Delta360 is hiring a forward-thinking, commercially minded technology leader to take on the role of Vice President of Technology. In this executive position, you will define and drive the organization’s technology direction, enterprise systems plan, cybersecurity posture, data strategy, and digital transformation agenda while supporting efficiency, service quality, and business growth.
You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure technology spending supports business goals, streamlines operations, strengthens reporting and decision-making, enables scale, and safeguards company assets. The scope of the role includes IT operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, business applications, data governance, vendor oversight, and technology-enabled innovation across the organization.
This is a strong opportunity to lead technology strategy in a growing company, improve systems and security, modernize processes, and help shape Delta360’s next phase of growth.

- Build and sustain a strong cybersecurity program covering risk management, incident response, disaster recovery, business continuity, access management, and security awareness.
- Manage enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, HRIS, payroll, accounting, business intelligence, customer portals, and operational software.
- Identify, assess, and deploy technology solutions that raise efficiency, productivity, customer experience, profitability, reporting quality, and scalability.
- Direct system rollouts, integrations, upgrades, migrations, and modernization efforts across multiple business units and locations.
- Set data governance practices and use analytics and reporting tools to improve visibility, accountability, decision-making, and overall performance.
- Work with department leaders to find opportunities for automation, workflow improvements, process standardization, and operational gains.
- Prepare annual technology budgets, capital plans, vendor approaches, and long-term investment recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, managed service providers, consultants, software partners, telecommunications providers, and other third-party technology resources.
- Define and track performance metrics, service expectations, system uptime standards, and project milestones.
- Ensure the technology environment can support growth, acquisitions, geographic expansion, and integration of new operations.
- Hire, coach, and lead internal technology staff and external technology partners as the business scales.
- Promote thoughtful use of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, automation, cloud computing, mobile tools, and advanced analytics where they make business sense.
- Maintain alignment with company policies, industry standards, data privacy expectations, and applicable security requirements.
- Handle special assignments and additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
