Role Overview

The Vice President of Enterprise Technology & Digital Innovation will shape and implement the technology vision that drives product creation, manufacturing processes, planning, customer engagement, distribution channels, and business analytics. This senior role requires a strong collaboration with cross-functional leaders to boost operational effectiveness, support scalable expansion, and cultivate innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise technology strategy supporting multiple business functions.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to optimize operational workflows and enable growth initiatives.
• Drive modernization of outdated legacy systems by integrating automation technologies and AI solutions.
• Leverage expertise in retail environments to inform system upgrades and innovations.
• Manage and improve ERP, WMS, PLM platforms, Shopify e-commerce interfaces, and EDI systems.

Required Experience and Expertise

• Significant background in retail technology and enterprise system modernization.
• Proven track record in applying automation and artificial intelligence to enhance business efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning, warehouse management, product lifecycle management, e-commerce platforms, and electronic data interchange.
