Vice President of Supply Chain Operations

About the Role

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished supply chain executive to own strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across the full supply chain network. The position focuses on creating durable, efficient, and scalable operating models that can support business expansion and strong operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the supply chain direction and turn business goals into an actionable operating plan.
• Lead the full end-to-end chain, covering planning, sourcing, logistics, and distribution.
• Improve efficiency across the network while reducing costs and strengthening service levels.
• Develop and maintain effective partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers.
• Design and implement frameworks for forecasting, demand planning, and inventory control.
• Own risk mitigation efforts and business continuity planning for supply chain disruptions.
• Introduce process enhancements and standard operating practices that raise performance.
• Partner closely with executive teams in operations, finance, and commercial functions.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain organization.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience leading supply chain, operations, or logistics functions.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale supply chain teams or business units.
• Strong experience in planning, procurement coordination, and operational delivery.
• Solid understanding of global supply chain structures and optimization methods.
• Strong analytical ability, commercial awareness, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership presence along with strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience operating within global or multi-location supply chain environments.
• Background in change leadership, turnaround efforts, or scaling operations.
• Comfort using supply chain platforms, analytics solutions, and planning tools.
