Role Overview

The Vice President of Supply Chain will lead the end-to-end supply chain function, with accountability for strategy, operations, and execution across procurement, logistics, warehousing, production coordination, supplier management, and delivery. The role is designed to keep the supply chain running smoothly, support business growth, and strengthen competitiveness in global markets.

Strategic Planning and Business Growth

This leader will shape the medium- and long-range supply chain direction, improve how resources are allocated, and expand the company’s international supply chain footprint.

Supply Chain and Operations Management

Full ownership of the supply chain lifecycle is expected, including procurement, logistics, storage, production coordination, and final delivery. The position also focuses on reducing cost, improving operational performance, and maintaining consistent service levels.

Procurement and Supplier Management

The role includes building and managing a dependable supplier base, handling vendor evaluation and development, and improving sourcing workflows and procurement efficiency.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Close collaboration with procurement, logistics, warehousing, and production teams is required to ensure the supply chain stays aligned with business demand and follows standardized operating practices.

Risk and Quality Management

The Vice President will monitor supply chain risks, uphold quality and industry requirements, and continuously improve the resilience and control of the supply chain network.

Qualifications

Candidates should bring 10 to 20 years of experience in supply chain or a closely related field, along with at least 1 year in a senior leadership role at Director level or above. A strong understanding of full supply chain management is essential, and experience in international supply chain or cross-border operations is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong strategic judgment, execution strength, and commercial awareness.
