Role Overview

This executive-level position is responsible for steering major strategic programs across the organization, ensuring that company priorities are converted into clear execution plans and delivered effectively. The role works closely with senior leaders to identify high-value opportunities, coordinate enterprise-wide efforts, and strengthen how initiatives are tracked, governed, and completed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and guide enterprise-wide strategic programs that support organizational priorities.
  • Convert executive goals into practical implementation roadmaps and operating plans.
  • Design governance structures that help manage initiatives with clarity and accountability.
  • Keep strategic work aligned with long-range business objectives.
  • Lead high-impact cross-functional programs involving several departments and workstreams.
  • Coordinate teams, stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, and available resources.
  • Track progress, dependencies, risks, and milestones across active initiatives.
  • Support senior leadership in setting initiative priorities and execution sequencing.
  • Partner with executives on strategic planning and roadmap development.
  • Identify obstacles to execution and recommend workable solutions.
  • Measure initiative performance using KPIs and other business metrics.
  • Analyze outcomes and prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for leadership.
  • Work across operations, finance, technology, product, marketing, HR, legal, and other functions to keep efforts aligned.
  • Support transformation, business improvement, and change management efforts.
  • Build and mentor strategic initiative teams and encourage a high-performance culture.
  • Contribute to leadership development, succession planning, innovation, and ongoing improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12 to 15 years of progressive leadership experience in areas such as strategy, business operations, consulting, program management, corporate planning, or organizational leadership.
  • Proven background leading large-scale strategic initiatives across an enterprise.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and business performance management.
  • Hands-on experience managing complex cross-functional programs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with executive teams and diverse stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An MBA or another advanced business-focused degree.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, financial services, healthcare, consulting, manufacturing, or similar growth-driven sectors.
  • Exposure to international or multi-location organizations.
  • Professional credentials such as PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or an equivalent certification are an advantage.
  • Strong capability in business analysis and strategic planning.
