Role Overview

This full-time Vice President of Strategic Initiatives position is based in Weymouth, MA, and entails managing the development, deployment, and ongoing assessment of strategic programs aimed at organizational growth, improved operational efficiency, and quality enhancement. The incumbent will oversee cross-departmental projects, ensure alignment with corporate goals, and partner with senior leadership on long-term planning and investment strategies. Key responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, interpreting financial and operational data, and providing data-backed recommendations. The role also requires leading communications with stakeholders, fostering partnerships, and guaranteeing that initiatives comply with Brewster Ambulance Service's mission and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, or similar preferred.
• Extensive executive management experience with proven leadership of senior teams and influence over organizational direction.
• Strong analytical capabilities to analyze data, highlight trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and business case evaluation for strategic initiatives.
• Substantial experience in strategic planning, with demonstrated success in designing and executing long-term organizational strategies.
• Skilled in program management including planning, implementation, and oversight of complex, multi-location projects.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in a dynamic healthcare setting, collaborating across clinical, operational, and administrative departments.
• Healthcare or emergency medical services background is highly desirable.
