Over time, we have developed a foundational tech stack encompassing blockchain core technology, secure data architectures, smart contracts, and on-chain app development. As the global digital economy evolves, we are transforming from medical blockchain R&D to building digital asset infrastructure and cryptocurrency derivatives technology services.

Our current goal is to construct a next-gen on-chain derivatives ecosystem for digital financial markets, integrating blockchain with traditional finance.

Role Overview

The Vice President of Strategic Execution will translate company vision into actionable plans and ensure thorough execution across all areas of the organization. Reporting to the CEO and Board, this senior leader coordinates strategic initiatives, fosters organizational alignment, tracks progress, and drives operational standardization and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of company-wide strategic projects.
• Convert strategy into measurable action steps aligned with business goals.
• Monitor execution and suggest improvements.
• Partner with leadership to deploy long-term business strategies with clear frameworks, timelines, and KPIs.
• Identify ways to optimize performance and processes.
• Facilitate cross-department project coordination and communication.
• Eliminate barriers to execution and encourage effective decisions.
• Assess current operations for efficiency enhancements and establish performance standards.
• Promote continuous improvements and best practices implementation.
• Develop and oversee KPIs, report progress and challenges to leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior managers to cultivate a culture of accountability and results.
• Manage risk by identifying challenges and preparing mitigation plans.
• Provide regular updates and strategic insights to the CEO and Board.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Strategy, Operations, or related fields.
• Preferably an MBA or equivalent advanced qualifications.
• At least 18 years in professional management roles.
• Minimum 10 years in senior executive leadership.
• Proven success in leading strategic initiatives and transformations.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Strong grasp of corporate strategy and operational implementation.
