Job Overview
The Vice President of Sales will spearhead the creation and execution of sales strategies aimed at boosting revenue growth and expanding market presence. This position demands an energetic leader with extensive sales management expertise, particularly within the manufacturing and equipment sector. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant discipline; MBA is favored.
- At least ten years in sales management, with considerable focus on manufacturing and equipment sectors.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong leadership abilities and team management experience.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation aptitude.
- Capability to interpret complex data and market insights.
- Readiness to undertake business travel as required.
