Role overview
Marolina Outdoor, Inc. is looking for a senior retail leader to oversee store operations, guide growth across the retail network, and strengthen the overall customer experience. This position is designed for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to improve sales results, team performance, and retail consistency.
What you will do
- Create and roll out retail plans that help the business hit revenue goals and grow its market footprint.
- Direct, inspire, and support regional retail teams so they stay engaged and perform at a high level.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, merchandising, and service standards to keep execution consistent across locations.
- Review sales performance and market patterns to uncover opportunities for improvement and expansion.
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to make sure retail efforts support broader company objectives.
- Handle budgets, forecasts, and the financial performance of the retail business.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, safety rules, and applicable industry requirements.
- Build a customer-first culture that supports stronger loyalty and a better brand experience.
What the employer is looking for
